Allow include the custom field from Guest Pre-Arrival Form
I want to be able to have a custom field from the guest section of the field catalog and drop it into the report

For custom field add-ons in the pre-arrival form, add the option to require an attachment for such custom fields similar to how IDs can be collected via guest upload, so that PMs can request specific docs as needed.

I need to collect IDs for all drivers, as this must be sent to the front gate to let each car in. So, to automate this properly, I need to be able to add custom image fields, and text fields associated with each image field (i.e. first and last name).
