Add an inquiry option in the direct booking flow when properties are on Instant Bookings
Many guests have questions they wish to clear up before booking and won't book unless they contact you first.

A website is ineffective when guests can't ask a host questions prior to booking. In addition it also looks suspicious. Instant booking is also a priority so we can't shut that off in order to get emails. One or the other should not be the only option. It is imperative that leads are able to email us before using instant booking. Why would I spend $3000 with someone I can't even email first. This is such a SIMPLE basic feature to include.
