Add flexibility to NOT accept unpaid reservations from Booking.com
We don't want to have any unpaid reservations from either BDC or Vrbo to block my calendar.
We have trouble on Booking.com to cancel a booking on Extranet.
We were forced to call Booking.com to attempt to cancel this cooking. Nothing was done. We have been working on this for awhile now. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REMOVE the setting that allows a guest to book without proper payment. This makes a high amount of stress on our end and we already wor over 90 hours a week. WE only sleep 4 to 6 hours a night. We do not have tome to deal with all these scammers. This seesm very BAD that aguest can get on our calneder and book it without proper payment. A gas station will not let you get gas withoiut a working credit card, a grogery store will not allow you to get food without a proper credit card. But for some reason Hostfully and VRBO and Booking.com does allow a guest to book our property and tie up our calendar without proper payment.
We have already logged into our Booking.com extranet, BUT we are unable to cancel it, the booking.com rep said it would be cancelled BUT it hasnt been cancelled, so we called back and still nothing has been done. We do not hav ethe time/resources to continue to let people get on our calendar without proper payment.
Support rep has to change reservation to Cancelled from backend system.

I agree completely with this. Hostfully calls this a "confirmed unpaid reservation". That is completely contradicting.
