Minimum stay at channel level
As I am in a municipal that Airbnb is the only registered platform with the city to accept any booking under 30 days, I still want the opportunity which I can list at other OTAs, but instead of that, I would need the option to list 30days+ in other OTAs.

I would like for someone from HOSTFULLY to explain and help me setup clone properties. If that is done, I will lose reviews.......? Not clear and would require a HOSTFULLY expert to slowly help me set it up if that's the best route to take.....

IMHO, this is a very niche requirement.
As a workaround (although costly cause you'd be doubling the number of listings in your account), you can clone your properties and link them as sub-units so calendar's sync. have one set as your short-term for airbnb and the other as your 30 day minimum.
Alternatively, if you use one of the pricing services, you might be able to integrate the pricing service to each of the other platforms directly and then use that in the pricing service to set your minimum stay. This would also cost something.
Some of the platforms let you override the channel manager min stay.
I think you can even do this in Airbnb and override the channel manager min stay for shorter stays.
