Mark as unread messages
Have the option to mark as unread the messages int he inbox.

This would be useful for our team because it would give each member the opportunity to stay involved with guest communication (like the owner, who is constantly keeping tabs on what's going on, but doesn't respond to guest messages anymore) and then the dedicated team member who is responsible for responding to guest messages could still see if something was unread and then prioritize responses accordingly.

Any update on the planning of this work? Our team is super frustrated with the lack of this basic function and we have had to create a separate process to communicate when someone "accidentally" clicks on an unread message. :(

In addition to being to mark a message as unread, make this logic specific to the user profile so that one user can leave it as read if it's not important to their work, but another can mark it as unread if they need to.
