Add hold event for trigger
When I look at the triggers there is no trigger for Hold or Hold reminder in the picklist.
We want to use that because we work in multiple countries so we can send the specified email.

We already have a system template for Holds - which is why the system does not expose a trigger. You can toggle the Hold templates and have them in different languages, so the system will automatically choose the right language.

Adding a hold event trigger is essential for managing multiple templates across different properties. With a large number of listings, creating a one-size-fits-all template is challenging. A hold event trigger would also allow us to better customize and control our automated emails.
