'Unavailable By Default' Booking Window Option

Along with booking window options for 6, 9, 12 month etc - we would like to see a booking window option for 'unavailable by default' to reflect similar settings as Airbnb. Use case would be a property set to unavailable for most months out of the year and only allowed to book during certain time periods.

    Agree, this is important. should work like airbnb.
    owners can then unblock dates as available.

    This is essential to keeping logistics of things running smoothly without human error. We would be able to add more properties to our hostfully account and we would be able to look at growing our business into working with agents that have void periods in their long term rental market without having to move to a different booking software platform.
    Surely this is a simple tool to add?
