    => Lead details only apply to checkin/out DATES, not times. We don’t currently have a way to send times from the Lead details to the lock providers.
    On remote lock, the check-in and out time is used as the default check-in/ checkout.

    PM wants to have the option to change the activated pincode time when he wants to offer early check in or late check out.

  5. At the moment, Vrbo and Booking reservations with failed payment will still come into Hostfully as confirmed unpaid bookings. If guests have already stayed or left, I want to have a recourse or protection in case they damage the property or don't pay.

  6. Hostfully widget is a custom integration, this is why property manager cannot enroll in Chargeback Protection. Per this article "Stripe Checkout"  is a must

  8. For example: IF the guest is not reachable by phone or if they missed the channel messages, we can ask the guest to submit their passport copies via whatsapp

    And we have a follow up message to ask if everything is fine after they check in so maybe guest can share some photos or videos if they have any problems

  17. Currently, when a transaction is canceled in VRP, it's not automatically updated in Hostfully and a manual refund transaction needs to be added in Hostfully instead. I want it to be auto updated so that I do not need to add a manual refund transaction.

  19. Can you PLEASE set up an integration with Rental Guardian? They provide great insurance for short-term rental hosts and guests. They will also provide insurance for properties in Canada now too. Everything you currently have is for US only (I have called them). As a Canadian Host, I would really like to have a seamless way to have extra coverage for my direct bookings.

  20. An integration with this Smartlock Brand is only possible via third party providers. This creates many bugs and is very costly. A direct integration with NUKI would solve the issue.
