I want to have Booking.com listing name the same as my public name. At the moment, it is being capitalized the first letter in each word.

Use Vrbo as a Merchant of Record
Using a channel manager has made things for difficult for me. I now have to handle security deposits, rejected payments, credit card fraud issues, collect- file - pay occupancy tax etc. All this was done by VRBO before I had a channel manager. Can you please get an arrangement with VRBO like you do with Airbnb that they will still provide those services even though we are using you.
9 votesWe are currently looking into this exact implementation where Vrbo will remain the merchant of record for connected PMs. Not that this work has a dependency on Vrbo and the APIs they are planning to provide in 2024 to support this.

VRBO Custom Rules
Allow setting custom rules on VRBO. Currently no custom rule settings push to the VRBO listing and if rules are entered on VRBO instead, Hostfully overrides the changes and deletes them. VRBO is now charging hosts that cancel bookings due to rule or local regulation violations and we cannot enforce rules that are not communicated to guests. We have incurred $400 in fees this week due to this issue.

Support AIR_CONDITION_WINDOW for HVMB
Support more amenity mapping for Marriott AC
Currently, AC in Hostfully is mapped to AIR_CONDITION, which is translated into "Air Conditioning Central" on Marriott. (which all of their properties feature centralized air conditioning)
However, this may not be correct for all PMs, as they can also have other type of AC, like window or standalone AC, of mapping type AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.
In order to support this, Hostfully should have another mapping type to Marriott AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

Capture Guest physical address during booking process to add to profile
I want to be able to later report on what parts of the country guests are coming from so that I can then spend $ on ads in those areas. (this won’t work for Airbnb bookings)

Long stay exemption to channels other than Airbnb.
PM would like the ability to add a long stay exemption to channels other than Airbnb.
Example: ignore a tax charge of 2$ per night for a guest staying for over 29 nights through Vrbo.5 votes -
Integrate directly with Expedia
I'd like to integrate directly with Expedia from Hostfully to ensure my properties are listed there and not be charged commission through channel partners.
I understand some properties are distributed to Expedia if I am connected to Vrbo, though Vrbo can't guarantee that will happen and we can't request it. I can connect to Expedia through channel management partners, but they charge an extra commission. A direct connection would guarantee I am listed on that channel and save listings expenses.

Ability to sync Master unit to Booking.com room level directly, without breaking Master-Sub setup
As a PM with Master-Sub setup, when I want to sync Master unit directly to Booking.com room level (instead of hotel level and no room), I don't need to
- Break current Master - Sub setup on Hostfully
- Sync Master (now standalone) to Booking.com room
- Set up Master - Sub again on Hostfully.Able to sync Master unit directly to Booking.cm room would be helpful to avoid disconnection.

Auto-retry importing Booking.com reservations when there is an issue with Booking.com sync job
We discovered that a Booking.com reservation does not appear in Hostfully, so the calendar is not blocked accordingly and CS has to manually import it into the system. This occurred due to an intermittent issue with the Booking.com sync job, likely caused by the performance issue we had.
It would be more helpful and minimize the risk of double bookings if the system automatically retries importing Booking.com reservations when there is an issue with the Booking.com sync job.

Support Booking.com Damage program so BDC will collect SD via PBB
At the moment, when we select the "Damage policy options" on Booking.com Extranet, upon next sync, the system was changed and it couldn't have BDC collect SD via PBB.
I want the option "I want to set up a damage programme that Booking.com will facilitate for me" on "Damage policy options" sticks.

Centralize sync options in Hostfully & improve PMP UI so I know what's pushed to channels
I want to centralize the sync options in one location so I won't have to manage my listings in both Hostfully and Booking.com. For instance, I can handle mobile discounts in Hostfully, but promotions and deals must be managed through Booking.com. Next, it would be helpful if the user interface clearly indicated what is being overridden by Hostfully and what is not. At the moment, there are only some channel icon indicators next to certain fields. For example, Facilities and Services are overridden by Hostfully, while Promotions and Deals are not. Ability to force sync for all listings for Airbnb
At the moment, we can only force sync at property level.
let say i change my cancellation policy in all my listings and i did it with my bulk edit tool
i have to click one by one in the sync button to push the update to Airbnb instantly.
I'd like to force sync to multiple or all properties at once to save time

Separate rental agreements per channel
Reasoning is the cancellation policies are so limited with Airbnb that I really only want to extend the cancellation policy that Airbnb has only to those who discover us through Airbnb. With direct bookings I would prefer what we have listed in our current rentals agreements.

More user-friendly error messages for channel sync issues
At the moment, when there's a sync issue with channel (for example: Airbnb), the error message is not clear and I need to reach out to support every time to check the root cause (an error occurred, could not update booking settings, etc.). I want to have clearer messages so I know what to do to troubleshoot.
