Rental Agreement content can already be customized at will. The system will then add guest information, property information and booking information automatically to the agreement being signed, and will send a signed PDF to both parties. If further customization is required, we provide an integration with Docusign.

Ability to mark the service provider job as completed on the agency side
Be able to mark a job as completed from the Agency's side.
We have a supplier where all jobs will go to a central department to accept, but then they want to just send us the photos while on site and finishing the job (those on-site won't have access to hostfully), and for our VAs to mark as complete once the photos come in.1 voteThis is already available through the mobile app for PMs - go to the property standalone calendar, click on the job, select to Edit, and from there you can change the status to Done.

Ability to edit multiple dates or prices under the mobile app
is there a way to swipe to select multiple dates to change prices or minimums? When I select it now it is only for one day. Many times I thought I was changing multiple dates only to find it was just one night.
2 votesYou can select different dates in the From and To fields of the Pricing and Min Stay popup and apply you new price across this date range

Total cost breakdown on first page of Direct Booking Site
On the first page for creating a reservation, the breakdown of the reservation total should appear. Having the total without the breakdown makes it look like the nightly rate is VERY high. On the next page guests can then see the breakdown but that is often too late. The button should also say “continue” not “book now”. Please make the breakdown appear on page 1!

Ability to toggle off ALL system templates
At the moment, most of the templates are able to be disabled, but some of them are auto templates and couldn't be toggled OFF. The Pre-arrival form is one of them.
I don't want these sent to the guest.
I don't want Hostfully to automatically send ANYTHING to my guests.
1 voteThe system already allows for turning off of all sytem templates that send automatically. Those who are not selectable are NOT sent automatically but manually by the PM, like "Sending a quote" to a guest (this is done from the interface by the user). The Pre-Arrival Form is never sent automatically, unless set up through triggers by the user.

Enable Manual Adjustment of Commission Rates by Reservation Source
When managing reservations, it would be helpful to manually adjust the commission rates for each booking based on the source. For example, when a guest books through Booking.com, the commission rate differs from a direct booking rate. Currently, I'm unable to reflect the specific rates, like the 9% commission for agency bookings versus the 15% for direct reservations. Having a feature to set these rates accurately per reservation would streamline accounting and provide a clearer view of the actual revenue from each booking source.

Emails when we get a Hostfully lead/inquiry
When I get a lead or inquiry through channels, I get an email notifying me. However, when I get a lead or inquiry for a direct booking with Hostfully, I don't get notified of this. How is that possible. Is there a way that we can get a text or email when we get a lead/inquiry for a direct booking with Hostfully?

Airbnb has a functionality called representative inventory which allows hosts to create one listing for multiple same units. It would be great to support this feature.

Notifications when an inquiry is made
I used to receive a text notification when someone makes a direct inquiry. It would be great if those could be restored. If not, I have to login to see that an inquiry has been made and that delays response time.
1 voteThis is a current feature and still works at the moment. Please check with our support team and review your triggers. This is most likely a configuration issue.

owner
Add more functionality for triggers to apply to Owner Stays, that way we can communicate important info to the owner about their upcoming stay, remind them of the house rules, check-out time, etc. You'd think that owner's would remember all this stuff, but they don't.

Clicking save sends me back to the main settings
It would be nice if when I click Save or update, it keeps me on the same page. This happens in Agency Settings, Property Settings and Templates & Triggers.

Service Providers
It would be much more easier if in the service provider portal there was a menu similar with the one of reservations where you would indicate the date, the property and the work that needs to be done since of course you have first created the provider to whom you will assign the job. The way the system works right now, initially you cannot edit a provider after you have created him, you cannot assign him more than one job and it is inconvenient to move from page to page to make a schedule when everything could simply work like…

You definitely can block a date and still create jobs the day before and the day after (since blocks, like bookings, are considered nightly). See the attached image.

Optional fees on direct booking site
Currently optional fees under Fees and Policies tab are not showing up on direct booking site and I want to them to work for this channel. Currently, the workaround is to create them as services and upsell during the checkout flow.
7 votesAs you noticed, this functionality exist as services that users can select. We're not planning to change this - optional fees can be selected by the PM when building a quote, but when user selected, those have to be done via services.
