Minimum price for the entire stay
Minimum price for stay, not minimum nights.
It would be awesome to set a minimum price for a stay. Give a minimum $ value for a booking regardless how long the stay is. So if I want $3000 minimum, a stay could be 2, 3, 4 nights (whatever you want your minimum to be), the minimum price could kick in if the regular price for those 1,2,3,4 nights is less than $3000. I’ve been asking pricelabs for this too, with no avail.

Option to approve Vrbo inquiry
We encounter situations where a guest has already inquired about a Vrbo property and now needs to be instructed to send a booking request. This can be burdensome for the guest, as we are unable to simply invite them to make a reservation.
If there is an option to pre-approve Vrbo inquiry so guest could book directly, it would be much more helpful.

Sell ITEMS instead of Services
Be able to list the products not only as Services but also as Items/Products.

Delete scheduled message once booking is canceled
I want to have the option, if the guest cancels their booking. The associated message should stop/be deleted.

review guest
Able to add Internal Guest Notes/Rating from App, Add our own custom items to rate (ex. check out procedures), and to add photos/videos to internal guest notes. Would be helpful to be able to review a guest in internal guest notes while at the homes during inspection period to assist in the review period and by saving the photos/videos in internal guest notes it would assist in any claims that would need to be made.

Receive a failed payment notification for Booking.com
Be notified when a payment fails because of an invalid card so that PM can request to cancel the reservation when the guest does not update a new card after 24 hours.T

Reset pre Arrival form when ID is uploaded incorrectly
When a guest uploads incorrect ID, it is critical that we can reset and request an updated version of the guest's ID to replace the incorrect upload.

Is there a way to group listings in the calendar view or settings? For example, I would like to group my properties by cleaner for ease.
I would think most property managers might like to have the option to group properties for multiple reasons.

Have a field for Pincode on each Property´s Mains Settings.
I have a different pincode for each property, and I would like to enter them on each property´s main settings so the pin code populates to a specific custom template.

Ability to create low fee for additional pets
This feature is something like being able to charge $25 pet fee for the 1st pet and $10 per night for each additional pet up to the PM's desires.

Ability to select the default lead status when creating a new lead.

Ability to create discount for specific night even when the rate is dynamic
We're using dynamic pricing tool and for some cases, we want to give a discount for a specific night with dynamic rate.

This already exists. If the guest enters a message in the booking widget, this message automatically shows in the inbox as the first message in the thread.

Notification of pet fee when a guest opts into the pet fee
When a guest pays for a pet fee, it would be helpful to get a notification that indicates the guest will be paying for/bringing a pet.

Have number of guests in Pre-arrival form = number of guets in the bookings
Sometimes guests select a different number of guests in the pre-arrival form from the booking details. I want to have the number of guests in the form to be same as in the booking details and not editable.
