Bulk edit pricing periods
I want to have bulk edit feature for different pricing periods. Now I need to click on each pricing period from Properties > Pricing tab to edit them . I want to be able to apply the changes made to one pricing period to selected/ all pricing periods.
6 votesIn our new calendar, price view, you can bulk edit prices across multiple properties. This video details that more. The previous "pricing period" feature was decommissioned as this is now easily done through the calendar.

Make rates editable per lead on mobile app
I want to be able to adjust rates (price details) when creating or editing leads on mobile. It's possible on web but not on mobile.

Promo Code vs. Discount Code
Please change the name to help all owners! Discount code gives guests the idea that they should get a discount no matter what. Promo code gives guests the idea that there must be a promotion going on and they either qualify for it or not based on being a previous guest, time of year, special event, etc. They also are more understanding if there isn't a code available. Please vote! :)

Receive Vrbo guest inquiries and guest portal messages in the Hostfully Inbox
Currently I can communicate with Vrbo guests via email in the Hostfully Inbox. Here's how I do that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzrIBhiitBY&t=4s.
Also, it's great that when the guest sends me a message in a booking request through Vrbo, then that message appears in the Hostfully Lead/Stay Details.
There are a couple of scenarios where I would appreciate a deeper integration with Vrbo's messaging. For example, if the guest sends me a message through the Vrbo guest portal, then it doesn't come into the Hostfully inbox and I can only reply through my email. Guest Information Reporting
It would be very helpful to pull in data about guests, age, origin city/country etc for marketing purposes in reporting.

- Select Logistics Reports
- Under Pre-Arrival Form Report, select Run
- See the report in the table below, provided in multiple formats.
Note that the report will obviously only show information for guests who filled out the form. Note also, that for Airbnb bookings, not all guest information is provided by Airbnb and most cells will be empty.

Ability to update <StandardPhrases> for Security deposit for Booking.com
At the moment, users are having issue that no matter they changes the security deposit settings on Property main settings, the SD settings on Bookung.com always shows like below:

Change Inbox to separate messages by lead/reservation rather than email address
Currently, the inbox lumps together messages sent to the same email address. For guests with multiple bookings, particularly multiple bookings on different dates, this causes variable information to be unpredictable when the guests name is selected from the left hand sidebar in the inbox.
For instance:
John Smith made an inquiry on property A, and a quote is opened. He receives some automated communication about Property A that pulls in variables from Property A's listing .
John Smith then changes his mind and books property B.
John Smith receives our automated confirmation email for property B, which pulls in variables…

Easily switch between properties under an individual property page
Ability to easily switch between properties while editing a property. You have this ability on the calendar page, but not on the property edit page. You currently have to go to all properties, which takes awhile to load, and then click the next property. Vs a dropdown to just switch. A previous post you said the functionality exists, it does not.

Get messages by thread uid
When using the 'NewInboxMessage' webhook, the provided information includes the agency UID, message UID, event type, and thread UID. To retrieve messages, it would be beneficial to access them using either the thread UID or lead UID. I propose the following endpoints:
https://sandbox.hostfully.com/api/v3/messages/{lead_uid} (already implemented)
https://sandbox.hostfully.com/api/v3/messages/{thread_uid}

Direct Integration with NUKI Smartlock
An integration with this Smartlock Brand is only possible via third party providers. This creates many bugs and is very costly. A direct integration with NUKI would solve the issue.
