Allow the PDF attachment for owner adjustments
I want to be able to attach PDF file to owner adjustment. It only allows the PNG file for now.

Customer Candlewood Vacation Homes would like the ability to upload PDFs to adjustments. They would like to add their owner contracts under the owners.

Customer Twinity would like pdfs to be allowed to be uploaded to adjustments rather than just images, as most receipts arrive as pdf files
