Add a condition to the triggers that the Pre-Arrival form is not completed.
It would be really helpful to have a condition that is: Pre-Arrival Form is Not Completed. This way, we could set up a template and trigger to remind guests to fill out the pre-arrival form.

this is very challenging to setup a reminder for the Pre-arrival form to be completed when you don't have the option to chose "Pre-A form NOT completed". So we are having to manually check each booking to make sure it is complete. This defeats the purpose of having an automation of a PMS
