Notify PM once SP job complete
When a SP completes their job and marks job as completed on their side, I should receive the notification for this event.

Great news: now once a service provider marks a job as complete, you (property managers) will receive an email notification. We've add a new system message for this named "Notification of Job Completed" that you can toggle on or off in Templates & Triggers > System Templates.
