The ability to view Airbnb guest profile info on inquiries
The most important thing is to be able to see the profiles of those who search for us on Airbnb. We want to see their reviews and know that they are suitable profiles to rent our properties.

I like the "air review" chrome plugin, would be nice if similar functionality (or even if that plugin worked) when viewing airbnb inquiries through hostfully.
but at a minimum a link to the guests profile would be good.
