Support for Monthly Pricing Structure
We would like the ability to set a flat monthly rate for properties, rather than relying solely on nightly rates. This would allow guests to book accommodations on a monthly basis at a fixed price (e.g., $2,100/month), which is especially useful for mid- to long-term stays.

Adding the monthly rate option and prorated for the first month depending on their arrival dates would be incredible helpful. When generating the reservation to have the option to enter the first month's rent rate and then the recurring monthly rate and number of months is very much needed in my business. Then hopefully my owner reports will be accurate as the monthly rate wouldn't change in the report when there are 28/29/30/31 days in a month

In General we need monthly stay/payment support.
This includes collecting rents monthly for stays longer than 1 month.
First month should collect along with security deposit, and then monthly at some specified number of days before the first day of the subsequent month.
For stays that convert to long term, it might be nice to be able to move the payment date to the 1st of the month.
Reports should show income collected and income remaining on the stay.
