Currently, Hostfully’s owner reporting system does not include escrow balance tracking. This creates challenges for property managers who need to reconcile funds accurately. Proposed Solution:
Add a way to track and display escrow balances directly within the owner reporting system. Ideally, this would include:

• Escrow balance fields within owner statements
• Automatic updates as funds are added or deducted
• Export and reporting capabilities for accurate financial records

Impact:
This feature would save time, reduce manual errors, and provide property managers with more complete financial transparency. It would also strengthen Hostfully’s reporting capabilities and meet a critical industry need.
