Allow to override the initial down payment on a per reservation basis.
When manually creating a reservation, add ability to specify a different down payment then the default. The use case is to use when making a longer than usual reservation and offering the repeat guest a lower initial down payment....such as offering 20% and the rest 80% 50 days before check-in.

This is key, as for certain long term clients this would really help in terms of allowing them different payment terms. We also have an increased deposit for corporate clients and currently have to send manual invoices
