  1. Currently, when a guest completes the payment checkout flow, they are required to fill in personal details (such as name, email, phone number, billing address, etc.). However, this information is not consistently reflected in the Client Information tab of the lead within the system.

    Proposed Solution
    Automatically sync and populate all relevant guest-provided fields from the checkout flow into the Client Information tab of the associated lead.

    PM>"I often have customers that do not pay their full balance at booking. So, if there full balance is not paid their pipeline color is orange.   3. it would be useful by quickly being able to see if rental agreement was signed

    right now I have to have a knowledge that icon shows up there when signed, if not signed there is no quick way to know

    maybe if the icon is red and when you hover you would get info 'rental agreement not signed

  5. When we sync hostfully with clearning accounting, we are showing a mis-matched balance and it is because hostfully is counting the whimstay platform fee as income instead of as a fee deducted from the payment. It is inflating our deposit

  6. We are using the hold function for 24 hours and then use the autosend follow up to nudge the client that the hold is due to expire. This is very effective! However, is there any way the booking hold request quote flip into a new lead that can still remain accessible to book if it the hold has expired? This way if a client is late to make the payment, they can still book without intervention from us but it also releases the date on the calender to allow another reservation to happen if they are too slow.

  8. For Vrbo inquiries, we usually advise to not send quote with payment link for 2 reasons

    • Vrbo does not permit sending links or contacts through channel messages if the lead is in inquiry stage
    • In rare cases, if a guest makes a payment via the link, that lead will bypass the connection and be converted into an offline booking on Vrbo.

    However, the option to send a quote for Vrbo inquiry is still available which could be confused. Thus, the option "send quote" should not be available for all Vrbo inquiries.

  10. We are using Hostfully API v3's referrer value to show in the pipeline where the lead request came from, among our 3 web sites. If I don't select a filter, I see all bookings from various external platforms and am only interested in measuring the funnel efficiency by origin website (Paris For Rent, Haven In, Paris Luxury Rentals). The quote/booking forms on these web sites use the referrer value and send it to Hosfully along with the request.

    If I use the "quote" filter, it only shows requests coming from Haven In and using the Hostfully widget

  13. I still would like to raise the request to change the obligation to fill the email address.

    If platforms provide their internal address - it is ok for system to take it. But even they are not releasing the real address of the guest.

    every dummy email is wasting of our time to fill it and can cause some issues to release information and data somewhere that we have no control where it will end up

  14. There is no option to prompt guests to sign the rental agreement directly from the pipeline. Yesterday, I had a guest who hadn’t received check-in details because they hadn’t signed the rental agreement. Since there’s no drop-down option in the pipeline to send them the rental agreement, I had to handle this manually.

  19. Sometimes we need to re-arrange the Booking.com reservations in Hostfully calendar but the booking breakdown is changed based on new property while it remains unchanged in BDC. This causes discrepancy, confusion and incorrect report. So it's better if the breakdown can be freeze when we changing the property or modify a booking as we don't want to change the quote for existing booking.

  20. For mid-term rentals, it would be helpful if the pre-arrival form and rental conditions carried over from the initial booking rather than resetting each month. Currently, the system shows these items as incomplete in later months even though the guest completed them at the beginning of their stay.
