  4. I have a different pincode for each property, and I would like to enter them on each property´s main settings so the pin code populates to a specific custom template.

  7. We're using dynamic pricing tool and for some cases, we want to give a discount for a specific night with dynamic rate.

  10. Sometimes guests select a different number of guests in the pre-arrival form from the booking details. I want to have the number of guests in the form to be same as in the booking details and not editable.

    There is Vrbo URL variable per say, but it is easy to define this variable using Templates and Triggers > Custom Data. Create a variable of type [$VRBO_URL$], and for each property, just add the URL of your listing for this variable. You can then use the variable in your template and the system will automatically feed the right value for each property. https://help.hostfully.com/en/articles/2762015-define-and-use-custom-data

  13. As a property management company, we want our owners to have visibility of future reservations so that they can see the nightly rate and booking length. We have this setting turned on. Unfortunately, this means they can also see the guests' names.

    We wish it was possible to have that owner's portal setting turned on without the owners being able to see guests' names.

    The reason for this is because if we ended our management contract with a homeowner, we would not want them to be able to use the guests' names to search for them on Google, Facebook, etc.…

  15. We upload high resolution images for our properties, so that any scaling that needs to be done by various platforms starts with the best possible quality.

    When the new DBS went live, it looks like it's using the full resolution. This means it's downloading dozens of 15-20MB images for each property, which is obviously very slow.

    AirBNB, as one example, rescales the listing images into webp format for listings. Not sure what other platforms do, but it would be nice to have the high resolution images in hostfully, and push those out to platforms that support it to let them…

  16. Ability to select the default lead status on each team member account when creating a new lead.
    The default is "Hold". A lot of the times we create these for a "booked" clients, and the team always forgets to change the status t in the add lead page before creating it.

  17. is there a way we can add colours in the booking on the days we want cleaned for example, so the cleaners can just look at the calendar and see what days they need cleaned?
