We are constantly getting asked 'What is government ID?' from our guests as we do not use this terminology in the UK so it is confusing.
Also-we don't require their ID number so would be good for this to also be optional.
Can we have the option to amend this wording on the pre arrival form please?Lee-Ann Unknown supported this idea ·
This is needed. When repeat guests book, they aren't happy that they have to complete the form and ID etc again-especially when they have already done so a short while ago.
We then have to send all messages manually as the triggers aren't aware that we don't require this information.
