It's our best interest to build this feature once Vrbo releases it. In the meantime, you can refer to this article to know some workarounds: https://help.hostfully.com/en/articles/3676689-workaround-for-sending-custom-quotes-special-offer-and-giving-discounts-in-vrbo
At the moment, kindly note that we haven't supported Vrbo inquiries. If the inquiries turn into booking on Vrbo platform via inquiry mechanism (special offer for example), such bookings will not flow into PMP.

Meanwhile, you can filter the "Archived" reservations and check the colour of the circle - archived leads in orange and a note saying "Security Deposit must be returned" should be the ones that you need to refund this amount.

Right now, when you edit the Pricing Periods, the rates will override your base prices and apply the same for the whole period. You'll need to manually edit the weekends for those time ranges.

In the meantime, you can utilize the "Search" bar in the Inbox to quickly locate the guest you want to reference.
Thanks for your feedback, Jaren! Just to confirm, are you trying to say that the messages should have different "colors" to reflect the channel they come from? For example, Airbnb reservations are shown in Red on the calendar, so should text messages from this channel be Red in the Inbox, too?
