Hello Richard, have you tried using the discount code feature we provide? You can create discount codes that are only valid at particular times of the year. You can decide to grant those codes only to guest who extend their stay, or any particular rules you'd want to apply.

Thank you for submitting this idea. We have considered this in the past but this behavior comes with complexities. The question is whether we consider a property as booked on the first split payment and block the calendar or not:
- if we do: a guest could pay $5 on a $1000 payment and the calendar will be blocked with a payment that does not meet the reservation amount threshold (putting the PM at risk)
- if we do not consider it as booked until the whole $1000 is received, the PM could end up with 4 payments of $200 and the property is still available. Someone else could then end en booking the property and the PM is left with having to process 4 refunds.
So this feature is definitely interesting but requires that particular threshold rules to be defined and the system behaviour to adapt to them.

I want guests to be able to pay installments, split payment for a specific reservation and pay with 2 different credit cards using the same payment link.

As a PM, I would like to be able to respond to reviews from direct booking site and other channels within Hostfully. Currently, only Airbnb reviews can be responded to.

For example, I may want to decrease rate by 30% when the stay in longer than 7 nights in the offseason (Nov for example), but I may only want to decrease the rate by 5% or 10% during peak season (July for example) when the reservation is 7+ nights.
