Quickbooks Integration for Multiple Clients
I like how for the payment processors like stripe and paypal you can connect the client's specific account to the booking. I think the same should be done with quickbooks where you can connect a client's specific quickbooks to all of their transactions. So every time a client has a booking it is essentially automatically accounted for from any source whether it be a direct booking, airbnb, vrbo, or etc.

Integration: Allow CALENDAR to control Ecobee / Nest / Smart Thermostat.
Allow your Smart Thermostat to Turn Down/Off the HVAC when a guest checks out and Turn it back on before next guest arrives. This will save owners a ton of $ plus guests will be greeted with a proper temperature when arriving. It's also something good for the environment that saves energy! Why heat or cool a house when no one is there?

Tidy
Integration with Tidy App - even at their beginning stages they have been more involved and helpful than any other cleaning service I have tried. They flew in a trainer to train my team and have customized my entire experience. The only thing missing is an integration with Hostfully.

Create verified/unverified field for Autohost (or any other guest screening platform)
Autohost screens guests, and if a guest fails the verification and/or is high-risk, that information should be available in Hostfully. Then, that information could be used as a condition in message triggers, e.g. do not send messages if guest is unverified by AutoHost. I would also want to see that data available in the API so other integration partners (e.g. Akia) could use it as well.

Add New Owner Block to New Booking Trigger in Zapier Integration
I noticed that the zapier Updated Booking and Canceled Booking triggers work for owner block changes, but the New Booking doesn't trigger when a new owner block is created.
Can you update the zapier integration to include owner blocks in the New Booking trigger?

Build a native integration for PropertyCare.com
I would love to see an integration with PropertyCare.com, especially since Hostfully's templates and triggers leaves a lot to be desired and there is no native 2-way SMS capability.

Integration with Track (CRM)
Rather than being a reservation system, it is a customer-centric system. If he has multiple stays from the same guest, the PM has the whole story around them linked to each stay. PM knows where guests stayed, how long, etc. eddie@mountainmamahomes.com

Hellosign - allow variables and editing
More control over how the contract gets set up.
Would like ability to determine the structure of the form:
-where the contract gets signed
-where the initials go
-insert variables to make the contract more detailedWhen contesting a chargeback with a guest, you should be able to show them a contract with terms, and demonstrate that you’re actually due those funds (better success if initials are next to crucial terms).
Initials next to "I read the cancellation policy section on chargebacks"

Display each listings' average Revyoos rating within main picture.
Each individual listing has its own reviews.

Ruebarue integration
I would love to see an integration with Ruebarue, especially since Hostfully's templates and triggers leaves a lot to be desired and there is no native 2-way SMS capability.

Revyoos / Hostfully Process
The process we are thinking would be the following:
When the PM clicks on Revyoos “ON” button in the partner section, this should generate a link including the client ID similar to:https://www.revyoos.com/clients/#/login?source=hostfully&id_client=8374df983749874
This url would lead to our registration form when the customer connects for the first time. For future connections, this same url would lead directly to our login instead of the register form.Once registered, using the client ID we get through the URL, we would request you through the API the PM property information to automatically create them in Revyoos.

RemoteLock integration should allow multiple locks to sync to a single listing
It isn't clear to me how you can define a parent and child listing in hostfully, but cannot map relationship to remotelock. Currently a parent listing that has two child listings in hostfully cannot integrate seamlessly with remotelock. This is because you can only add a single lock to a listing.
This feature works when using remotelock with airbnb directly. Meaning, you are able to add multiple locks to a single listing when integrating airbnb to remotelock.
This is extremely important otherwise, the workaround would be to add one listing and to manually add the other listing on remotelock each…
