Improve cleaner assignment
Because we are a hotel with multiple cleaners, we are unable to utilize the turnover function you created. Instead, we have made our cleaners associates so they can view the calendar. I noticed in my dashboard (as manager) I can see a summary of notifications which show which properties have a check out and check in for the day. This is unfortunately not visible to agents... but we would really like for it to be. Auto refund feature should work for Booking.com reservations
While checking with Davut, we're advised that the system won't auto refund if it recognizes the reservation is from Booking.com.
The auto refund feature should work for all reservations whose payments are processed via Stripe.

multiple guidebook categories for one location
I have several restaurants in my guidebook that have a full bar as well as a restaurant. Currently it is necessary to list the restaurant twice separately as a restaurant and as a bar. It would be more convenient to just select the restaurant once and then be given the option to add multiple categories related to the restaurant.

iCal blocks for Airbnb should not showed in Logistic Reporting or Quickbooks.
I have connected a couple of properties to the Airbnb calendar of the owner via iCal, which is causing the owner's bookings from Airbnb to appear in check-in report, even in Quickbooks.
It would be great if these bookings should not appear there as the owner takes care of them.

In fees and policies allow us to add discounts
Fees and policies should allow us to add discounts, an example we offer a 20% discount for a Monday to Friday stay for our direct bookers - we have to manually change the price - we have tick boxes to add a pet fee so a tick box to add a discount would be great

Provide feedback and updates
Push feedback to users who submit ideas: How was their idea received? Any follow up action? Since we have to log in to get feedback it feels a bit like communicating into the darkness.

order order fee
We use Zapier integration to pull all booking data. Everything comes through perfectly, however, "Order Order Fees" which pull all other fees are being listed all together and being pulled with text. That is to say, you cannot pull the data with ONLY the fees and also cannot have them broken out by fee. This is a bug challenge when dealing with dozens of properties and bookings. I have to parse that data manually.
What would be ideal is is every fee is its own variable that can be pulled from the system.

Preview a new property during the set up process
Have a way to preview your property during the set up process without having to go "live" first. This would enable the manager to preview the look and feel for the end user and catch any mistakes, as well as offer the homeowner a chance to see the property before it goes "live" as well (in the case where a property is managed by a company or another person)
