  1. When Property Manager views payment details, please provide a breakdown of the Stripe Fees (the ones from Stripe/Hostfully).

    We can not display Stripe fees in the order details, because we do not have this information until the payment is made. The fees can be shows in the Enhanced Reports though, included in the processing fees for the booking.

  2. In Hostfully I created titles in English and French. But in BDC, they are only displayed in english regardless of the language I selected in BDC. This is a problem because we lose visibility by our french speaking audience.

    Therefor, I would prefer the internal property name to be displayed in BDC. Also, this would make it easier to find the property in the BDC extranet group page.

  3. I would just like reminders sent to guests who have not yet left a review, if they have left a review then they do not get the reminder,

  4. Please include a line item in the computation that shows the long stay discount. Airbnb does this and it is helpful for the guest to see that they benefited from a long stay discount. Otherwise both the guest and the host are guessing whether the length of stay discount was included in the calculation.

  5. As a PM, I would like to share certain transit information on the public listing and more specific how-to in the directions shared only with confirmed booking guests.

    "Transit" section Hostfully is mapped to both Getting Around (public) and Directions (only shared after booking is confirmed) on Airbnb. The purpose for these fields are very different. "directions" may have more exact details about getting to the home, which is quite different from a public-facing "Getting Around" section

    So they should be separated.

  6. Any time we make changes in Hostfully, we are reactivating a snoozed or unlisted listing. If I'm trying to work out my pricing and it's too low or change my house rules to address some kind of problem with a past guest, I'll snooze or unlist on Airbnb (my only channel). However, if I change even the description in Hostfully, this reactivates my listing on Airbnb without notifying me. It would be great if Hostfully could send a notification or have a pop up reminder, maybe when before you hit the Save button on the edit screens for the listing.

  7. It would be helpful to send the homeowners we represent updated or new contracts, through our management software and have them saved in their owner profiles. This allows us to quickly see where we stand with them, if contracts need to be updated or edited in anyway, without having to use yet another outside service. Its so easy to lose track of all of these separate accounts we need for our business to run smoothly.
    t's also helpful that once a new contract has been sent out, it automatically appears in our PMS once it's signed so we know that…

  8. I have multiple owner who have multiple properties with us. A few are in different areas and fall under a different commission bracket. Currently, there is no way to change commission rates for the property; instead it is connected to the owner. This complicates or eliminates our ability to utilize the financial reports.

  9. RemoteLock pincode should be automatically created for future leads created before the integration. At the moment, the integration is not backward compatible, and I need to resave the previous applicable leads to get synced with RemoteLock.

    Thank you for your feedback. We would need to make this configurable, because many PMs would already have entered pin code in another way and would not want existing pins to be overwritten.

  10. Currently, there's a Bulk Edit option for updating certain property information (green field) but there's no option to choose if we only want certain information to be updated to all properties.

    You can choose what is being applied to all properties during you batch Edit - select what to change (having in mind, which properties the particular change(s) will be applied to), and select the property list to apply the change to in the property selector.

  11. It would be great if Hostfully can build the integration so users can partially sync with Booking.com. For now, there are some contents of the property that we are not able to edit when fully sync with Hostfully and these fields will be erased/greyed out when we connect our listings with Hostfully.

  12. We have two listings. There's a cleaning company there that works on weekdays only, and we have a part-time employee there who can work on weekends only.

    So ideally I would be able to set up two triggers that created cleaning jobs at checkout for those listings -- one that assigned Monday-Friday cleanings to service provider A, and another that assigned Saturday-Sunday cleanings to service provider B.

    It looks like that could be implemented under "if these conditions are met", which comes up when a trigger event is "booking confirmed". The "choose field" dropdown would add "departure day is", which…

  13. At the moment, Hostfully only shows the Risk score on Pipeline. It's not possible to direct users to Superhog directly to check more details when clicking on it from Pipeline view.

    We'd need to go to Superhog site to check more details on the report.

    It'd be nice if Hostfully has this feature.

  15. I run a lot of reports, and they start to stack up in the RECENT REPORTS.
    I like a clean house, so go in and delete them when done ever so often.
    But using the Delete button is slow. Love to have either a:
    1) Checklist and bulk delete
    2) Delete by TYPE or Report run
    3) Delete all

    Options.

  19. When I receive a Vrbo inquiry, it shows in Inbox as a guest message, which is not linked to any lead (since no checkin/checkout dates are provided) - that's by design. I want the template picker in Inbox to display in this user case so that I can pick any templates and communicate with guests.
