Allow for different commission rates per owners
I have multiple owner who have multiple properties with us. A few are in different areas and fall under a different commission bracket. Currently, there is no way to change commission rates for the property; instead it is connected to the owner. This complicates or eliminates our ability to utilize the financial reports.

I manage two properties for the same owner, Russell: Casa Italia at a 12% management fee and Paraiso Tropical at 20%. When I update the agency commission in Paraiso Tropical, it also changes the commission for Casa Italia automatically, which should remain at 12%. It appears the system is matching the commission rate across both properties, even though they have different rates.
This inconsistency is causing incorrect calculations in the financial reports, as the agency commissions are being applied incorrectly and now at the end of each month I need to calculate owner reports manually so agency commission is calculated correctly. Could you please look into this?
