I find the AI "suggest an answer" very helpful way to commuincate with guests, however one issue I have found is if you don't answer the message from the guest immediately and then in the meantime, either the guest messages again or a triggered message is sent to the guest, the "suggest an answer" cannot be used, which is frustrating as it is a time saver. Is it possible for Hostfully to implement something, like swipe the message you wish to reply to (similar to whatsapp). Thanks.

  2. We have to constantly clear cache on mobile app to have the data show up correctly. Please improve it to not require the users to clear cache every time.

  3. Is there some sort of report where we can see metrics on messages? Such as busiest and slowest times of days based on the number of new messages and inquires that come in, and how quickly they are being replied to

  4. Apologies if this has already been asked, I couldnt find it.

    Please can we add the filter option in pipeline "property tag". This is extremely helpful in the calendar view (so I can filter my properties by the location tag), and would be extremely helpful in the pipeline view so we can filter out properties by area managers.

    At the moment the manager filter doesn't work (perhaps the way our set up is), but it doesn't filter correctly for us.

  5. Please add the property name to the pre-arrival form when completed. When I receive the form information by email I cannot see unless I click into the link what property it is for.

    It would be extremely helpful as I am managing multiple properties with other managers to know who the form belongs to without having to open the link and then click through the tabs to check the property.

  8. As standard we take the security deposit/ balance from guests at 60 days before arrival. However, on booking.com their terms are different and the deposits aren't taken until 14 days before arrival.

    We would like a way to stop their balance showing as outstanding and 'red ring' on our pipeline until their payment is actually due

  11. The current booking setting is set to booking request, however, we're using VacationRentPayment (VRP) and by design they charge guests immediately when they place the requests.

    We want to turn off triggers for only reservations that use VRP, so they don't get the check in informed, So that I can encourage them to cancel if it don't like the reservation.

    We want to add a trigger condition to distinguish the payment method

  12. As the logo is so small, if there's text in the logo, the text is often almost impossible to see. Also, it may help if there were a separate logo field to upload the logo image for the direct booking site on the direct booking website tab, instead of pulling it from the agency settings. That way, we could select a logo maybe without text .

  16. At the moment, when importing past bookings, they are shown as unknown in the inbox, and the PM has to manually update them from the reservation.

  17. It would be great to have a feature where we can put a "hold" in the calendar for a guest, but without blocking off the calendar. For mid-term rentals, this would be helpful to us as some people book far in advance and it would be best to place them in a unit that works better for our vacancy windows. Basically, we want them "on the calendar" without blocking any calendar dates for others to book, as the individual is flexible on the unit we place them in.

  18. I am looking for a way to upload documents to the owners portal. Documents that don't exist in Hostfully already. Each year we do a survey of the properties and give recommendations of things the owners improve, so that is an example of something we would like the ability to be able to drop in the owner portal.

  19. As a property manager, I want the auto 2nd payment balance to be rescheduled whenever I update the split payment settings on the property settings page. This ensures that payment handling for leads is automatically adjusted based on the updated settings, maintaining accuracy and reducing manual intervention.

    Current Behavior: When the split payment settings are updated on the property’s main settings page, the payment handling for the associated lead is not rescheduled. However, updating the lead directly in the lead modal correctly triggers the rescheduling of the payment due handling.
