  2. It appears that all the vertical photos on Photos tab changes to landscape mode on DBS, result in the photo being zoomed in too much.
    It'd be great if DBS supports both vertical and landscape photos

  3. We discovered that a Booking.com reservation does not appear in Hostfully, so the calendar is not blocked accordingly and CS has to manually import it into the system. This occurred due to an intermittent issue with the Booking.com sync job, likely caused by the performance issue we had.

    It would be more helpful and minimize the risk of double bookings if the system automatically retries importing Booking.com reservations when there is an issue with the Booking.com sync job.

  6. I have some owners who would like access to view the inbox from multiple channels on one platform. Can there be a user permission added for them to View messages as well as an option for them to send messages that way they could only be given permission to send messages if allowed

  7. When a guest submits an inquiry/request, they select the add-ons from the payment flow and those appear in the Lead modal as a Service, which is not editable. However, sometimes we need to adjust that amount or remove it, but we're not able to do that.

    I understand we can use "Add line item" with a negative amount to adjust it, but it's not a good route. So if we're about to modify the Service from the Lead modal, it would be much more helpful.

    Hello. This is really the reason we provide the Pipeline, which can show status for all bookings and will highlight those with incomplete payments.

  11. Currently, we could extract the status of the leads, however, once they become confirmed bookings, there's no way for us to keep track whether they were inquiries or instant booking or booking requests.
    It should be a report to show us the original status of a booking as we want to the conversion % from inquiries/booking requests to confirmed bookings.

  13. There are some repeat guests where we already have their ID and/or their proof of residency documents.

    For returning guests or guests who have already sent us the information (eg via email or WhatsAPP prior to a direct booking), we don't want to automatically ask them to send the information again on the pre-arrival form.

  14. Allow the cleaning fee to vary depending on the length of stay. For instance if a guest has a long stay of two months the cleaning fee should be double a typical 5 night stay.

  15. When creating an enhanced report, Owner Blocks and Agency Blocks should be recognized as reservations or its own separate category that can be included in the report. This is very critical when looking at financials and occupancy.

  16. Currently, there's no field to add Tax rate and to apply the tax per night/stay/hour/person/pet etc..

  18. A new integration for Hostfully to send over Pet count to Breezeway can be very helpful so we can see when guests have pets. Pet cleaning turnovers require extra cleaning and take longer. So we need this info to be in Breezeway.

  19. We use VR Platform for owner accounting and statements, and have some other things for owners that exist outside Hostfully. I want to have all those links in a central place. It would be great if we could add some "quick links" to the owner portal so owners can easily get to those other services.
