Notify us that a direct booking inquiry is in our pipeline
Currently, we are not receiving any notifications that someone has inquired about availability unless we log in and look at our pipeline directly in Hostfully. The mobile version is awful and hard to navigate to see this (another suggestion I have submitted).
If a person inquires as a direct booking via our website where the Hostfully URL or widget is being used and they are requesting info, booking direct is preferred for us. Please send us an email so that we can communicate with the prospective guest in a timely manner.2 votes -
Tax Collected should stay separate in its own column and not added to Agent Due nor Owner Due. It skews Payout to Owner and 1099 for Agent.
Tax is lumped onto either Agent Due or Owner Due. I have to create an Owner Adjustment each month to deduct from owner payout.
If added to Agent Due, then it skews Agent Total and Owners do not understand Agent % and have questions, as well as inaccurate 1099NEC totals at end of the year. Let's leave out Tax Collected from either column or give us the choice to not add it to either.Need more flexibility with Monthly Statements. Enhanced Reports did not address flexibility to Monthly Statements. Thanks!

Add bookings to our calendars directly from the booking widget
Calendar widget to add bookings to our calendar. Looking for the ability that when a booking is confirmed, we receive an email with a link to add the booking info to our calendar on our computers/phones.
2 votesWhile the Booking Widget can't add bookings directly to calendars, you can use our Zapier integration with Google Calendar. Once there's a new booking in Hostfully, it will be "zapped" to your Google Calendar. Notification to owner or agent for a stay payment not completed
Sometimes we authorize people to pay not full payment at reservation, but the system but the pms do not send notification for stay not pay in full
2 votesYou can easily set a notification for such cases by using a complex trigger and setting it up as described on the attached screenshot. Essentially you can send a notification to yourself if the booking is not paid in full 1 day before the check-in date. (you can adjust the timing as you see fit).

Add Rental Rules to Booking.com and VRBO
Extend Rental Rules to other platforms other then just Airbnb and Hostfully. VRBO and Booking.com bookings currently don't receive them.

Split Listing based on timeline
List two properties as one and split them at a certain date if not booked? And automate that process.
Example: I just signed a 3br house with a 2br guest house that I would like to list as a single property until 30 days out. At that point both would also be listed individually if it hadn't been booked.
What I am envisioning is having three listings:
1: Both houses listed as one, 5 bedroom property
2: Main house only
3: Guest house only
30+ days out, only Listing #1 would be active.
0-30 days out, if listing #1 had…

Ability to Create Multiple Search Widgets
There's a use case where a client may want to create individual web pages for each of their locations, and would want different search widgets for each web page.
Each search widget would only show properties for that location. This could be achieved by using "tags" within the product to group properties.
5 votesYou can already do this today by setting tags on your properties, retrieving these properties by tag via the API, and passing the property UID dynamically do the booking widget.

Cancelation & Reservation Status
Currently, there is no option to download a report to show the cancelations. I would like to see on the "Financial Reports"
1. a column for Reservation Status which shows the reservation is booked (reserved), canceled, hold, waitlist, etc.
2. all cancelations, waitlist, hold reservations are listed on the Financial Report report. The report will display all the reservations are entered into the system and it can be easily converted as a chart or different presentation methods.8 votesThis is available under Main Menu / Enhanced Reports / Financial Reports.
Create a customized report, click on the Filters and select the lead status you need. Cancelled is part of the lead statuses in the filters.

Make sure all data is loaded property on property settings
So this has happened:
I have opened all properties that we have to change the booking lead time.
When I finished doing all these changes I saved all settings.
But because hostilely didn't loaded the Currency setting when I saved it was changed from GBP to USD
and I got 2 bookings that are now too low of a price because of the wrong currency.
It would be nice to fix this

Show all properties on map!
Right now it's showing only one page at the time, so we properties that are on page 2 are missing all traffic

Allow downloading all Customer's data
In Pipeline > See All Customers, I can have the guest's data, but if I want to download it, I have to manually click on each induvial letter, drag to copy, and then pace them into a spread sheet 26 times to pull emails.
If there's a button to download everything upon a click, it would be much better.2 votes -

Option to book without credit card.
Some guests don't want to put their credit card information in advance.
It would be nice if there is an option for guests to make a booking request without credit card information.=> It helps property managers to get more bookings

Full pipeline access for all managers
I would like to see full access to the pipeline for all managers. We are working as a team and today I have to edit a booking and assign it to me to i.e. record a payment. When I am done I have to edit the booking and assign it back to i.e. a booking agent. A Manager should be able to work with all tasks on all bookings.

An internal view with advanced filters, including Amenities

Secure API Webhooks
Currently API Webhooks do not have any identity verification, so teoretically they can be called by a bad person, who could trigger our system to do some processing unnecessarily (update property or similar). We would like to have some authentication or identity verification method so we would be sure with identity of source system. This method can be simple:
- Basic authenticiation
- secret code
- generated token or any other similar method.
This improvement request is based on our discussion with Hostfully representant on 04-14-2021.

Give options to add lofts, or second living rooms that may have beds that need to be listed.
I own a cabin in an area where MANY cabins have lofts. Most loft have multiple beds or bunkbeds but are not considered a room.
For example a 2 bed 2 bath cabin with a loft (full of bunks and overlooking the living room)
In Hostfully I am forced to add this as a bedroom, when that is misleading...so then I have no where to add the extra beds. I can add them to the living room so that they are listed...but they are in the loft...not the living room.
8 votesYou can already set beds in the "Common Space" or you can add multiple living rooms, so these options do fulfil this requirement.

Font on Direct Website Listing
When you visit a property via the Direct website, the font is not the easiest font to read. Having a few options to change the font would be great.

Customizable turn over days
I would like more control over the turn over days option. I'd like to be able to customize dates to have turnover days not just a blanket option which doesn't allow me to be seen by potential guests. I would like to to be able to open up same day turn overs when I know there is a cleaner available to do such a task.

Tax Rate is incorrectly applied in Hostfully
Owners must pay taxes on all mandatory fees that are charged to the guest as a condition of the rental. This typically covers all extra charges, such as cleaning fees, pet fees, credit card fees, etc. Refundable damage or security deposits are not taxable.
Currently, Hostfully owns applies tax rate to the gross rent.
This is a huge headache for having to manually adjust applicable taxes.
