  3. Please change the name to help all owners! Discount code gives guests the idea that they should get a discount no matter what. Promo code gives guests the idea that there must be a promotion going on and they either qualify for it or not based on being a previous guest, time of year, special event, etc. They also are more understanding if there isn't a code available. Please vote! :)

  4. At the moment, for BDC channel, Hostfully does not yet support multiple transactions on a single order and only receive the first reservation via API.

    We enquire Hostfully to work with booking.com to resolve the tech issue moving forwards. You note that it’s rare but we’ve already had about 3 of these bookings in a short period of time. If 2 suites are booked with booking - then it should automatically show on the calendar, without having to manually blocking out the calendar or raising separate cleaning jobs.

  10. in the situation when payment is handled by booking.com, booking.com charge 2.5 % fee in addition to their commission, this amount is not shown in Hostfully and is not deducted from the reservation amount. This amount should be shown in the reservation breakdown on Hostfully and automatically deducted from the revenue.

  11. Add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for VRBO. Custom cancellation policy would allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

  13. Because some property managers are not the OWNERS of the listing, it is misleading when we are working on managing and respond to guests but it’s the owner name that shows up and not the person managing or handling the account.

    Every message we send without Hostfully shows the owners name as though the message is coming from them - but it is NOT.
    The owners have asked why we aren’t getting the credit or using our name when responding to my guests and I told them your program doesn’t have that option.

  14. I want to add action "create job" for event "owner added calendar block". When an owner creates a block on their calendar we want to be able to automate and create a trigger to create a job because that owner block is an owner stay.

  17. I would suggest an override button and an adjustment to how this process works.

    If I have a customer over the phone that wants to make a payment on an existing reservation and I need to adjust the financials, I should not have to change settings to save the lead. This increases the chance of us not collecting payment or providing great customer service.

    I can understand preventing us from changing dates due to overlap, but the whole reservation should not be locked.

    We should still be able to adjust names, contact info, add notes, adjust financials, etc.

  19. I set up services by service providers to upsell them on the direct booking flow. I want to have some indicators on Calendar to see which bookings have upsold items (a pet, etc)
