I don’t think that addresses my suggestion. I’m referring to the way we have to create new owner adjustments on the property page, rather than doing so from the reporting part of the dashboard.

Hi all. Thank you for your feedback. We have a plan to add Owner adjustment on the Report but we don't have a target release day yet. When we have a timeline, we will update you.

Like it and add a reoccurring monthly charge for certain services. We often offer to handle the paying of expenses for owners, much of which is a set reoccurring cost that we net out of their payments. It's a great added service benefit that keeps them happy. It would be nice to not have to add it every Month.
