RemoteLock Changes - All changes to Hostfully reservations
All changes in Hostfully that impact RemoteLock or any other access service should be saved to the RemoteLock service. Examples: Check-in, Check-out, PIN, Check-in, out times, Property

Hi Thien,
Of course we don't want the guest to be able to dictate the check-in/out time. So that makes sense to initially push the default time to Remote Lock. But what should happen is if we manually update the check-in time under "stay details" then it should update that in Remote Lock. It's frustrating to have to manually do it in RemoteLock and I have to do it on a daily basis since we do a lot of upsells with early and late check-in.

Hi all. All the updates of the reservation are pushed to RemoteLock now. Please be aware that for Check-in/out, we use the default check-in/out time of the property, not the time that guests request in the reservation. This helps customers to manage the valid time of the code. For example, if your check-in time is 4 pm but the guest requests check-in time at 1PM, the system will still record the check-in time for the code at 4PM - your default time. Only when you accept the requested time, you can manually change it in RemoteLock

I agree this is a priority. Any reservation change should be updated in remotelock
