All in one statement showing final monthly result.
I want to send a statement to all owners at the end of each month. So I want the income and expenses to show and the owners adjustments to come off the rental income. I also want the owners adjustments which recur every month to be able to stay in the template and I fill out the amount each month. Some items stay the same of course. Right now it appears that we have to create an owners adjustment for every item every month. Is this correct?
I'm looking for essentially a spreadsheet with income and expenses for the owner each month. Is this possible? Elizabeth

Thank you for your feedback. In this case, I would suggest you to try our Extended data report. It has all the raw information that you need. You can get it as a CSV file then add some formulas or filter to get the information you need for your owners.
