Extend custom data in pre-arrival form

I really need an option to add custom data for the pre-arrival form which I can specify if the data is mandatory or not. Also it would be nice if it was possible to specify if the data is per reservation or per guest.

I.e. I need to be able to collect passport number and nationality for each guest in the reservation.

    In Portugal and in other European countries it is required by law to get that information from our guests.

    Hi Jesper.

    Thank you for your feedback. For now, you can add a custom field in the pre-arrival form and mark it as required or not. You can take a look at our article here: https://help.hostfully.com/en/articles/3000205-customizing-the-pre-arrival-form

    You are not able to specify if the custom data is per reservation or per guest. Many guests do not want to provide the personal information of all of their group except the person who books the reservation. We don't make it mandatory to avoid cancellation. But we have received your idea about this and we will consider adding it next time we work on pre-arrival form of the product.
