Add flexibilty and logic capabilities to Owner's Statements
I would like to customize my owner's statments and select how I want my commission calculated. It would be nice for property managers to apply their own logic to the report for the owner's commission column. I manually manipulate the data in excel and it would be nice to have some basic functionality in Hostfully that directly feed into the owner's statement.
For example in my agreement with my owners, the commission is calculated off the rent minus platform fees. Each PM has a different arragement with owner so we need flexiblility in these statements. I spend a lot of time manually creating owner's statements each month because Hostfully's calculations are not accurate for my contract. I currently cannot use the owner's statement feature.

Thanks for your patience. Our Enhanced Reporting feature is available for all users and it gives you all the flexibility and logic capabilities to the Owner Statement.

Hi Megan! Thanks for your feedback on the Owner Statement. Currently, it is just an out-of-the-box statement and that's why you're unable to edit it.
The good news is that we have the Enhanced Reporting feature, which allows you to customize your reports (including the Owner Statement), in beta testing at the moment. We've added you to the program and you can find the section Enhanced Reporting upon logging in to the platform.
