I think it's a good way to optimize the booking order at the guest's view where they only see the nightly rate. However, from the Property Management Platform, we are still able to see the tax rate or fees built into the nightly rate.

For example, the nightly rate is 195 and all guests see is 195 per night. But from Hostfully, we will see it as 195 including a 9% tax rate, which means the rent is 178.9 and the tax rate is 16.10.

I'd love to blend everything into one final price on any channel (already done on Airbnb by using a Management fee instead of a cleaning fee), especially on the direct hostfully website. I'm also okay with the taxes being displayed separately if they are set up.

When I add the cleaning fee as a management fee- the guest does not see this fee in the booking quote when searching for a stay. The management fee is evenly spread across the nightly fee to give a total. This makes it more appealing for bookings. The reason I want the management fee to be taken out of the nightly rate for the owner's report is because that is how my cleaning fee is taken out of the nightly rate in the formula for my property owner statement

Create an option to blend the cleaning fee in the total price without showing it as a separate position to the guests.

There has been a wave of criticism for high extra charges recently, but adding a cleaning fee that covers our costs independent of the length of stay is unavoidable. An option of making it part of the final price displayed to the guest would be great for those who want to adopt 'one price' policy.

I want to have management fees/community fees added to the nightly rate when guests inquire in Hostfully direct booking site, similar to Airbnb.

At the moment, all fees are listed as separate items in the guest's view
