Have the early check-in updates filter through to the integration partners to avoid having to manually make adjustments.

This would be amazing! Example: currently, I have to manually update turnover and inspection times in Turno whenever a check-in or check-out time is adjusted in Hostfully. It would be a big time-saver if this could be automated.
