Option to prevent certain triggers to fire for returning guests
We have several return guests and I do not want them to have to fill out the pre arrival form and rental conditions every time they book. However, I do still want them to receive every other trigger that we have created for their stay. We wish to have a way to stop that template that includes our pre arrival form from being sent out to specific guests who have stayed with us before. We want them to receive all other triggers that are helpful for their stay with us but we don't want the template that has our rental conditions and pre arrival form to trigger, which is our booking confirmed template.

It is very useful if we have a returning guest and need to slightly edit our template message. Or if we still want to send out our custom template but we need to edit it slightly for a specific reason such as if a guest is smoking and we want to remind them of our smoking policy with our template message but it's only a one-off message that we aren't sending to ALL of our guests.
