Checkout and Checkin Instructions
It would be great if we can load check-in and check-out instructions for each property within the Property Settings. The existing Check-in instructions section is unusable as you cannot use variables within it. I would propose adding the option for variables to be inserted into Check-in Instructions and adding another section for checkout instructions that works the same way. . This would cut down significantly on the number of templates to create and triggers needed.
Although I know there are ways to build the template where just certain sections are different with variables; it would be much easier to fully customize each arrival email. Our properties are each very different and arrival emails drastically change. Trying to build a single template has proven difficult in the current setup.
