The ability to update the house rules across all of my properties at once with bulk edit option

In order to comply with the new VRBO requirement around the top 3 house rules appearing on the listing, I will need to select my top 3 rules, delete all my rules, then re-type them in one by one in order to put the 3 I need at the top. And I need to do this for EVERY property. Please allow us to re-order rules without deleting everything
