Add Nextpax logo to bookings coming from Nextpax
As a VRM, I would like to have Nextpax logo in the leads in Pipeline page if leads come from Nextpax channel.

Bookings are now explicitly identified as coming from NextPax in the Pipeline and Dashboard.
