This is really table stakes Hostfully, and the fact that in the last 8 months you couldn't find the space to put this on roadmap somewhere is mind boggling.

This should also to data validation to make sure it's actually a phone number. I just had a new booking where the guest put their last name in the phone number field. This shouldn't be possible to do.

AT MINIMUM! I still don't understand why the contact's information is not requested or required at the point of payment. Blows my mind that I have to submit mailing address and phone number on every online transaction on the internet, but it's not required when we are allowing these strangers into our homes on the "Place Your Order' page through Hostfully. Lets get that information up front! Please explain to me why this is not the case.

This is so incredibly stupid that we should have to vote for something so simple like this that should be part of the software from the start ! It would help in weeding out the frivolous & fake booking requests simply by being able to reverse lookup the tx# and/or calling to verify it is who they claim they are .

And have the phone number display as it does in the native country it belongs to. Not just a string of numbers.
