Rental Agreement content can already be customized at will. The system will then add guest information, property information and booking information automatically to the agreement being signed, and will send a signed PDF to both parties. If further customization is required, we provide an integration with Docusign.

"We currently manage external forms such as leases and rent receipts for direct booking guests through Hostfully. Ideally, we would prefer the ability to upload these documents into Hostfully for digital signatures and associate them with the relevant bookings. Additionally, having a document database organized by property for quick reference to these leases would be highly beneficial. Alternatively, creating these documents directly within Hostfully could be a workable solution, provided we can add signature fields and link them to individual bookings, as certain terms and conditions vary per reservation."
