There are many holes in the whitrlabrling. This is among them.
Also we use a separate domain for the booking engine. This domain mx/email could be fully controlled by Hostfully so all emails and addresses and spf/dkim records etc all woek as rhe brank and not Hostfully.

If you're a non-hostfully user (aka don't know what Hostfully is), many times communication (texts or emails) or any other online presence look like scams or phishing, and therefore, are simply ignored if it's not branded like the rental company name. The more things are streamlined like favicons (on all browsers), logos on correspondence, guidebooks, the booking platform, etc. the more credibility it lends to the short term rental company and makes the user/guest have an easier, more understandable experience. It, also, makes our end of things less frustrating and time consuming because there is more acknowledgment and completion of items prior to checkin by the guest.
