Charge for properties by number of days/months of availability (active status).
If we have properties that are only available a limited time, or that have availability for specific months, it would be helpful to be charged for the months that the property is available.

does this mean that you only open for booking during the season..
I mean if it's a summer rental but someone can book july in december, then it's active?
