  1. At the moment, Vrbo and Booking reservations with failed payment will still come into Hostfully as confirmed unpaid bookings. If guests have already stayed or left, I want to have a recourse or protection in case they damage the property or don't pay.

  3. we collect all guest data with pre arrival forms so want that other guest information to be exported to marketing platform.

    Also would like other segmented information on the guest exported.
    Where they stayed property/city
    When they stayed month/ season /date etc
    Dob
    Reason for staying

    So that marketing campaigns can be tagged to specific segments

    Eg you stayed in Stanthorpe last winter book again this year before things get busy

  4. A new integration for Hostfully to send over Pet count to Breezeway can be very helpful so we can see when guests have pets. Pet cleaning turnovers require extra cleaning and take longer. So we need this info to be in Breezeway.

  6. CartStack offers a bunch of cart abandonment recovery tools, so that PMs can market to guests who started a booking but did not complete it. CartStack already has integrations with Guesty, Hostaway, Track, etc.

  7. For example: IF the guest is not reachable by phone or if they missed the channel messages, we can ask the guest to submit their passport copies via whatsapp

    And we have a follow up message to ask if everything is fine after they check in so maybe guest can share some photos or videos if they have any problems

  8. Hostfully widget is a custom integration, this is why property manager cannot enroll in Chargeback Protection. Per this article "Stripe Checkout"  is a must

  9. Charge Automation has a good product that fills in some gaps Hostfully has. While there is already an integration, the booking flow for direct bookings becomes very clunky if using Charge Automation with Hostfully. This video shows how that could be significantly improved.

  12. AirDNA is creating a full suite of tools for investors and hosts. Their dynamic pricing tool is more affordable than other options and includes the performance data and analytics for investors within the price. It would be great to add them as an integration option for dynamic pricing.

  17. Can you PLEASE set up an integration with Rental Guardian? They provide great insurance for short-term rental hosts and guests. They will also provide insurance for properties in Canada now too. Everything you currently have is for US only (I have called them). As a Canadian Host, I would really like to have a seamless way to have extra coverage for my direct bookings.
