  2. Unable to alter Airbnb booking. Here is the situation

    We have a long-term booking on property A that we need to move it to property B (31 nights)

    At the time we move the booking, property B has availability but there is a past booking that blocks a few days on property B.

    That makes the whole long-term booking cannot be moved to property B while it has the availability at the time we alter it.

    This could possibly cause incorrect accounting report and confusing for our team while guest actually stays on property B but on calendar, their booking…

  5. We don't get an email notification when booking.com sends us a message about our account. These are generally important messages that we need to be aware of or where we have raised an issue with them and they are responding. Unless we remember to keep logging into BDC and going to the BDC inbox for that specific property, we would never know we had the message.

  9. Starting July 1, 2025, California AB2202 requires short-term rental operators to disclose cleaning and checkout tasks before a guest confirms a booking.

    Currently, Vrbo provides a way to add this information directly in their dashboard. However, there is no way to set or display these tasks on the Hostfully platform, including for the Direct Booking Site or through channel integrations.

    Please add functionality that allows property managers to create a list of cleaning/checkout tasks associated with each property

  15. At the moment, reservation booked within 48 hours, and guest can choose the check-in time
    https://help.hostfully.com/en/articles/3811657-partially-allow-booking-requests-on-airbnb

    The check-in time should be visible in the booking request that Airbnb sent, not in Hostfully system. Airbnb does not send anything explicitly to the host stating that the check-in time has changed; however, the reservation request Airbnb sent to the guest does include the check-in time.

    We need Hostfully to request this information thru the API and indicate it somewhere in Hostfully system so we can know before accept or decline the booking request as it's very important information to look at

  16. Enso states that the Vrbo inquiry must have an email attached. Enso is prepared for the fake email (as they don't have real ones unless booked) However, the current email reads a bunch of numbers, but doesn't have the @vrbo.com. The @ and the .com is what triggers Enso to be able to message the guest back through the platform

  19. I want to set up the guest payment options for listings on Booking.com. Booking.com requires me to change the "Guest payment options" on Booking.com to "only accept cash" for 60 days to be eligible for Payment by Booking.com - bank transfer option. Currently, everytime I change it, the field is overridden by Hostfully PMP and changed back to "accept credit cards" although I don't see any place to configure this in Hostfully system.

    I want to have a button in the PMP to configure the guest payment options and this field should be pushed to Booking.com.

  20. Display availability per channel based on booking lead times.

    For example, On Hostfully, setting a negative Booking Lead Time allows same-day bookings. This means that, as there are no blocks or reservations, the date will appear available.

    Channels like Airbnb, Booking.com, and the direct booking site will also show this date as available since they allow same-day bookings.

    However, Vrbo will display the date as unavailable, as it doesn’t support same-day bookings under such settings.

    Showing on Hostfully’s calendar sync logic accounts for channel-specific lead time settings
