Modification of scheduled messages
On the "Scheduled Messages" tab, we should be able to modify a message that is scheduled for a guest. For example, If I have a guest pay for an early check in, I should be able to modify their scheduled messages to show their new real check in time. Right now the only option is to delete a scheduled message and then we have to remember to go in and send it manually at the time it would have normally been sent.

Auto fill information for returning guests.
There are some repeat guests where we already have their ID and/or their proof of residency documents.
For returning guests or guests who have already sent us the information (eg via email or WhatsAPP prior to a direct booking), we don't want to automatically ask them to send the information again on the pre-arrival form.

Custom Data - Variables
Currently if I create a Custom Variable, the Custom Data field won't hold its formatting and will send over as a large lumped together message with no enters or spaces. I would like to add Custom Variables with multiple lines such as Check Out Instructions or House Rules etc so I don't have to create multiple Templates for each property.

New trigger for "rental agreement not signed" when booking outside of direct booking site
I need the trigger condition of "if the rental agreement is NOT signed" to resend it, in the case where the booking is outside of the direct booking site (otherwise, the rental agreement has to be signed before proceeding to book).

Booking updated trigger to indicate exactly what was changed
At the moment, the trigger with condition Booking updated won't recognize what has been changed, because there's no specific condition (e.g booking extended, or guest name change, etc.) to specify that, and all the owners could do is to compare with the previous booking confirmation that they had, with the current information in our custom template.
We want the system to have ability to tell in the message what actually changed.

Trigger for when additional nights are available before a guest checks out.
We are looking to send messages to our current guests when there are additional nights available at the property they are staying at. In order to automate this process we would need a trigger that sends the message 1 day before check out if the property is available for the guest to extend their stay.

Ability to edit pre-arrival form
Would be cool if we could have more editing possibility over this pre-arrival form. If we could add some text, for instance if I could add a text-box above the esimated arrival time:
"Please note that arrival time is possible from 3pm" or if a message could show saying "only from 3pm" for isntance.Instead of custom field, if we could chose the way we want to organize info on this pre-arrival form with "drag and drop" of elements.

Make more variables work for trigger "New Message in Inbox"
As a Property Manager, I would like to get as much information as possible about the SMS/Email notification upon receiving a new message. It would be better to know which guest [$GUESTNAME$] is sending the message, from which channel [$LEADCHANNEL$]/which property [$PROPERTYINTERNALNAME$].
At the moment, only these 2 variables work for trigger event “New Message in Inbox” because the message is thread-oriented. I want more variables to work with this event.

Show country code before phone number
Since we work with international clients, it would be usefully that the variables [$AGENCYSIGNATURE$] and [$AGENTSIGNATURE$] display the full phone number INCLUDING the country dialing code.
Currently the phone is displayed as "771234567" : all number sticked together and without 0 before, so it's wrong for both for national and international clients.

Populate guest email address into client data from an Airbnb booking using data from the pre-arrival form
Since Airbnb doesn't share guest email addresses, it would be nice if the data collected on the pre-arrival form could populate into the guest (client) data page.

Automatic retrying of failed messages whenever possible
Sometimes some messages failed to be sent due to server errors (Call failed 500, 429, 404). I had to go to Message Log > manually re-fired it. However, it will be better if the system automatically retries the failed messages for these types of errors.

Expose and Improve "Place on hold" email template to add booking dates
It would be helpful if the email that we get when a property has been put on hold by a guest would include the dates concerned, not just the property name. Now it looks like this:
