Add a complex condition based on check-in date to the triggers
Have a Custom Template email (discounted ski lift ticket) go to incoming guests but ONLY for winter bookings, for example
I thought a complex condition would work IF the email could go out 31 days prior to arrival for guests booked for All Properties between Dec 1 and April 15, every year (the ski season in our ski resort town).

Modification of scheduled messages
On the "Scheduled Messages" tab, we should be able to modify a message that is scheduled for a guest. For example, If I have a guest pay for an early check in, I should be able to modify their scheduled messages to show their new real check in time. Right now the only option is to delete a scheduled message and then we have to remember to go in and send it manually at the time it would have normally been sent.

Support vertical ratios/ images in templates
Currently, Hostfully does not support vertical ratios in the email templates, so the vertical property image is cropped in a system template (Booking Payment Confirmed).

I want to have the option, if the guest cancels their booking. The associated message should stop/be deleted.

VRBO Alternative Payment Link should fire for all failed Vrbo payments
At the moment, system template "VRBO Alternative Payment Link" only fires for Vrbo guests if the transaction fails due to 3DS2 error (the error in Hostfully order: Your card was declined. This transaction requires authentication). I want this template to fire for failed Vrbo transactions due to other errors (insufficient funds, card declined)

Option to enable/disable triggers
Hello! I suggest adding the option to enable/disable triggers. Currently, it's quite inconvenient as you can only adjust or delete them. But having the ability to turn them on or off would be helpful. Sometimes, it's necessary to temporarily disable a trigger.

Have only the Government ID field mandatory (not Government ID country and Government ID number)
Be able to have the Government ID as a required field on the Pre-Arrival From, and not requiring the Government ID country and the Government ID number fields.

Auto fill information for returning guests.
There are some repeat guests where we already have their ID and/or their proof of residency documents.
For returning guests or guests who have already sent us the information (eg via email or WhatsAPP prior to a direct booking), we don't want to automatically ask them to send the information again on the pre-arrival form.

Create calendar-based Jobs for recurring tasks
We manage over 120 properties. So keeping track and scheduling reoccurring tasks like AC service or replacing batteries in door locks would be a great help. We would also use this feature to schedule weekly inspections of properties that are currently not occupied.

Rental Conditions: ability to use variables and HTML formatting
In Agency Settings -> Rental Conditions and Property -> Rental Conditions, add the ability to use template variables and HTML formatting.
Some examples of how we could use this:
- Use variables in the Agency Rental Conditions to include property-specific information, allowing us to have a single common text.
- Include specific booking data such as damage waiver, number of nights, the actual guest name, etc.
- The ability to format the conditions makes it far easier for a guest to read and understand.4 votes -
Booking updated trigger to indicate exactly what was changed
At the moment, the trigger with condition Booking updated won't recognize what has been changed, because there's no specific condition (e.g booking extended, or guest name change, etc.) to specify that, and all the owners could do is to compare with the previous booking confirmation that they had, with the current information in our custom template.
We want the system to have ability to tell in the message what actually changed.

Add date options to the system template: Alternative Rental Dates
Both the Alternative Rental Dates and the Alternative Options templates have the same variable [$LEADAVAILABLEPROPERTY_LIST$] which means that the information shared will be the same. It would be helpful to have a variable that includes the alternative dates for the property that the guest has inquired about, instead of these two template that are almost identical.
It would also be helpful if the Alternative Rental Dates template could be selected from the pipeline, like the Alternative Options template.5 votes -

Ability to edit pre-arrival form
Would be cool if we could have more editing possibility over this pre-arrival form. If we could add some text, for instance if I could add a text-box above the esimated arrival time:
"Please note that arrival time is possible from 3pm" or if a message could show saying "only from 3pm" for isntance.Instead of custom field, if we could chose the way we want to organize info on this pre-arrival form with "drag and drop" of elements.

Add call to action options to custom templates
It would be really useful to have some call to action options that can be added to the custom templates for guests to be able to click to do things like send WhatsApp, SMS, Call, or email.
