  1. Autohost screens guests, and if a guest fails the verification and/or is high-risk, that information should be available in Hostfully. Then, that information could be used as a condition in message triggers, e.g. do not send messages if guest is unverified by AutoHost. I would also want to see that data available in the API so other integration partners (e.g. Akia) could use it as well.

  3. As a PM I'd like to be able to block my calendar for owners, and view their booking/block in the pipeline so that I can prepare the listing the same way I would prepare it for a guest. I need to have it cleaned, send door codes for the time of their stay, and go through the usual lifecycle of their booking as I do with the others so that I don't forget to prepare any details related to their stay.

  10. Since we can send a booking request with childrenCount and petCount, it
    would be nice for the quote endpoint to support these request params too.

    If we could send a quote request taking into account
    the number of children and pets, we could rely on a single source of truth
    to display a final price based on the customer's request.

    Right now, we have to compute the total price ourselves from quote + customfee results which could lead to price calculation errors.

  13. "Notes" or "Additional Information" fields in such areas as Edit Provider, Owner under Edit Properties, etc. Other fields that would be helpful here would be an additional phone field (Office vs. Cell). Website address would also be nice.
    These fields would be to enter useful information on provider services, hours, etc.
    Likewise, for the Owner tab, entering additional information on multiple owners, owner requests, etc

  14. We need a better designed Daily Report and it needs to include Ongoing stays. Airbnb has this feature and it's such a nice "at a glance" for my entire team to view and get their bearings for the day. This should be on our dashboard -not hidden under Reports.

  15. As a PM, I want the ability to create different types of blocks for the following reasons:

    Partners such as Key Data can recognize the different blocks and take them into account when analyzing data.

    I can quickly look at the stacked calendar and understand why the calendar is blocked.

    Right now, a PM can create a block and put notes in the block to describe the type of block it is. All blocks show on the calendar as grey. An owner can also create a block from the owner portal. That block shows as blue.

  16. I'm not too fond of some booking sites. Some seem to attract the wrong guests and charge high commissions; however, if we use them wisely, we can get the right guest and occupancy %. I want the options of circumstances to display inventory:

    X number of days to Y number of days in the future.
    Occupancy % of X to Y for a given month

    I could use them to attract early/late bookers or handle the 1st or last of my desired inventory, as I see the need on all channels.

  17. It isn't clear to me how you can define a parent and child listing in hostfully, but cannot map relationship to remotelock. Currently a parent listing that has two child listings in hostfully cannot integrate seamlessly with remotelock. This is because you can only add a single lock to a listing.

    This feature works when using remotelock with airbnb directly. Meaning, you are able to add multiple locks to a single listing when integrating airbnb to remotelock.

    This is extremely important otherwise, the workaround would be to add one listing and to manually add the other listing on remotelock each…

  18. Since Airbnb discontinued their masked emails, Airbnb bookings are not being saved to the CRM, which saves/links contacts based on email addresses. I propose using phone numbers rather than email. Phone numbers are a reliably unique ID and are provided by Airbnb and all the major channels (to my knowledge). Without that change, Airbnb guests are not being saved to the CRM. For some managers (like me) that's a huge percentage of our customers.

  19. Has there been any discussions about Hostfully platform being able to
    accept Crypto currency for bookings? Does anyone else think this is a good idea since the industry is shifting towards digital currency? Many travel sites are already offering this option.

  20. Expand the Sub Unit system to allow more layers.
    Ex. if you have a property with 4 apartments. each with room for 4 people. Inside the apartments you have 2 bedrooms in each. Each Bedroom can be rented as a single room with shared bathroom and kitchen and each apartment can be rented as a single apartment.

    This is not possible today as you have to choose if you would like to rent out the whole property with 4 apartments as sub units or you want to rent out the 4 apartments with the rooms as sub units.
